We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY FEES

Shipping or delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

BUROOQ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If the courier is unable to reach you or complete the delivery, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

DELIVERY DELAYS

BUROOQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies, public holidays, weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ORDER ISSUES

If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter.

Please note that all sales are final and BUROOQ does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

توفر بروق حالياً خدمة التوصيل داخل دولة قطر

معالجة الطلبات

تتم معالجة الطلبات بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع بنجاح

يرجى التأكد من إدخال الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل بشكل صحيح عند إتمام الطلب

مدة التوصيل

مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب موقع العميل وحجم الطلبات والإجازات الرسمية والظروف الجوية وتوفر شركة التوصيل أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن إرادتنا نبذل كل الجهود المعقولة لتوصيل طلبك في أسرع وقت ممكن

رسوم التوصيل

سيتم عرض رسوم الشحن أو التوصيل، إن وجدت، عند إتمام الطلب وقبل إتمام عملية الدفع

بيانات التوصيل

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية توفير بيانات توصيل كاملة وصحيحة

لا تتحمل بروق مسؤولية التأخير أو عدم إتمام عملية التوصيل أو أي رسوم إضافية تنتج عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة من قبل العميل

في حال تعذر على شركة التوصيل التواصل مع العميل أو إتمام عملية التوصيل، قد يتم تطبيق ترتيبات أو رسوم توصيل إضافية

تأخير التوصيل

لا تتحمل بروق مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركات التوصيل الخارجية أو الإجازات الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية أو حركة المرور أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن نطاق سيطرتنا المعقولة

مشاكل الطلب

في حال استلام منتج غير صحيح أو وجود مشكلة في الطلب عند الاستلام، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن لمراجعة الحالة

يرجى العلم أن جميع المبيعات نهائية، ولا توفر بروق خدمة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبالغ
